The President General noted that the Whatsapp service for e-complaints aims at speeding up receiving all notes, dealing with them and avoiding their reoccurrence, as well as devoting the digital field work to develop the outcomes of services and works that are presented by the Department of Operations, Control and Command inside the Grand Holy Mosque and its courtyards.

It is worth mentioning that the service enhances the efficiency of means that the Department has adopted to receive field complaints electronically, such as receiving inquiries and notes of visitors through the unified number (1966), referring them to stakeholders and ensuring processing them.
