UMRAH 1443: History as Nigeria becomes first foreign Umrah Pilgrims to arrive Saudi Arabia

Yesterday, the first set of foreign pilgrims arrived at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, and they were received by members of the National Committee for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, and the Nigerian Consul in Jeddah.

HAJJ REPORTERS reported how a Nigerian Hajj and Umrah Tour Operator company, Oasis Air Services airlifted the first set of Umrah pilgrims in 1443 to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Information reveals that the pilgrims has proceed to Medina to spend several days and visit the Prophet’s Mosque, then go to Mecca to perform the rites of Umrah. The hotel, transportation and catering for them are equipped with the highest specifications and standards.

 

 

While reacting to the development, a member of the National Committee for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation Hani bin Ali Al-Amiri, said: The entry of pilgrims abroad this year 1443 with groups from several countries, where the Kingdom is honored to receive them warmly, noting the readiness of companies and institutions to provide services for pilgrims to serve them and provide distinguished hospitality to the pilgrims, including hotels, transportation, catering and tours around our dear kingdom, and booking the dates of entering the Two Holy Mosques, and everything they needs as Guests of the Most Merciful, under the supervision and coordination with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
