Hajj 2024: FIRST BATCH OF  PLATEAU STATE  PILGRIMS DEPARTS 20TH MAY

The Executive Secretary Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Hon.  Daiyabu Dauda says the first flight of intending pilgrims from the state would be airlifted to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the 20th of may, 2024. The secretary dropped the cheering News  during the opening ceremony of Enlightenment/ Pilgrims orientation (BITA) at the Board premises in Jos.

Dauda,  while calling on the intending pilgrims  to pay attention so aa to get the messages of the Ulamas for the Enlightenment,  appealled to them to be of good character throughout the program and while in Saudi Arabia as a way of appreciating the efforts of the Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang who is given the Board the desired support.

He added that the second and last flights for the state is on the 21st and 22nd may ,2024 respectively. 

Plateau State Amirul Hajj and Former Nigerian Ambassador to Switzerland Alh. Yahaya Kwande,  said with the caliber of People in his team, he has the believe that this year’s Hajj from the state will be another successful one, hence the need to join hands for a hitch free Hajj Operations.

The Amirul Hajj implored the Intending pilgrims to adhere strictly to advises offered by the Nigeria Police, DSS, Immigration, NDLEA and head of Medical team Dr. Maryam -Jamila Aliyu during their separates presentations which he said would go along way in making everyone one to take   his roles and responsibilities for the success of the operations.

Goodwill messages also came from the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State Arch. Samuel Jatau represented by Director of administration in his office Yakubu Ishaya Mulun,  the Emir of Wase HRH Alh. Dr. Muhammad Sambo ||  through the Deputy Chairman JNI Plateau State Alh. Garba Abdulqadir as well as the Board Chairman Alh. Danladi Kwari.
