The Northern Youth Association of Nigeria, an umbrella body of Northern youth groups across the nineteen states and the FCT has awarded the Executive Secretary Plateau State Muslim pilgrims welfare Board with Sir, Ahmadu Bello Platinum Leadership Award as JAKADAN MATASAN AREWA.
Presenting the award to the Executive Secretary, President of the Association Comrade Godiya Tunda Adams says, the award is for worthy individuals who have dedicated themselves toward nation building by supporting youth’s friendly policies.
Comrade Godiya added that the Executive Secretary has since assumption of office, have been working with the youth in line with the vision and this administration which is a youth friendly Government.
Receiving the Sir Ahmadu Bello Platinum Leadership Award as JAKADAN MATASAN AREWA, the Executive Secretary of the Board Hon. Daiyabu Dauda, flanks by his management team assured the Northern Youth Association of Nigeria of his commitment to youth meaningful development as according to him, youths are the pillars of any society hence the need for them to support the administration of Governor Caleb Mutfwang which has demonstrated his political will in carrying everybody along through the appointments of youth in key position and initiations of empowerment programs for the youths.
Dauda also used the opportunity to remind the youth on the need to support the Government policies aimed at providing a conducive environment for business to strives.
Highlights of the visit was the presentation of the Award, prayers for the Peace and unity of Plateau State and Nigeria as a whole.
