GOVERNOR BALA ABDULKADIR COMMENDED FOR SUPPORTING HAJJ ADMINISTRATION IN BAUCHI

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad of Bauchi State has been applauded for his desire to prioritize hajj management a deliberate plan to ensure the well-being of the Guest of Allah, the pilgrims right from home.

 

The Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris stated this in an interview with the press in his office while highlighting some achievements of the Governor at the Board.

 

Imam Abdurrahman noted that right from the inception of the Governor Bala administration, albeit with serious financial challenges, His Excellency backed the Board to provide the best services to the state pilgrims.

 

” I also acknowledged the tremendous support the Board has been enjoying from His Excellency, Governor Bala Abdulkadir since the inception of this administration, these are the secret behind all the successes we have recorded over the year”

Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim pointed out that Bauchi State under the leadership of the Governor bagged so many Awards within and outside Nigeria for its excellent performance to the Welfare of the pilgrims.

 

He stressed that among the few recognitions is the prestigious Awards of Excellence as the overall state with ultra-modern Hajj Camp in the Country and the best state in Camping Pilgrims, presented by the Independent Hajj reporters of Nigeria.

 

He further mentioned that the Saudi base Company MAWASIMUL KHAIRAT had during the 2022 hajj exercise presented Award to Bauchi state as the best amongst States in Nigeria with good catering arrangements in Makkah, noting that for the first time, the state pilgrims received three square meals during their stay in Makkah courtesy of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad.

 

Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim used the forum to commend all Hajj stakeholders for working tirelessly during a just concluded Hajj exercise, describing it as a success story, despiteful of the limited period of preparation set aside by the Saudi kingdom.
