HAJJ 2024: FORUM OF NIGERIAN STATE EXECUTIVES INSPECTS FACILITIES AT MINA

A high powered delegation from the  forum of state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards/Agencies/ Commissions under the leadership of its Chairman, the Nasarawa state Executive Secretary Mal. Idris Ahmad Almakura has inspected facilities at the holy sites of Munna, Arafat and Muzdalifah ahead of 2024 Hajj exercise where they seek for  improved service delivery.

The Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris who was one of the members of the delegation stated this on Thursday in a telephone chat from Saudi Arabia.

The Bauchi ES restated the commitment of the forum towards improving the Welfare of the Nigerian pilgrims at Mushair and other places during the forthcoming Hajj excercise.

Imam Abdurrahman stressed that the visit was part of pre-Hajj visitation to make on -the -spot assessment of the holy sites with a view to provide a lasting solution to some of the problems encountered during the  2023 Hajj operation.

He said the forum will continue to collaborate with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) and  Saudi Arabian service providers to ensure that Nigerian pilgrims get value for their Money.

The delegation has the Executive Secretaries of Nasarawa, Bauchi, FCT, Yobe, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Jigawa state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards.
