The Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has concluded arrangement for the 2020 intending pilgrims refund on Monday, next week.
The Executive Chairman Of the Agency Mukhtar Bello Maigona stated this today during a meeting with the Assistant Hajj Registration Officers and Directors of the Agency held at the Agency’s Premises today.
Mukhtar Bello Maigona said the exercise followed a directive by the State Government to commence the exercise.
He said the Agency has distributed forms to all this year’s intending pilgrims to verify those who have an interest of collecting their deposits and those with the interest of retaining it for 2021 Hajj.
The Executive Chairman also called on stakeholders to be God-fearing in the discharge of their assignment.
Speaking the Director-General of the Agency Shehu Muhammed Dange called on intending pilgrims who paid through the Agency, who wishes to collect their deposits to contact the Agency immediately for final screening.
