HAJJ 2022: Nigeria Pilgrims to receive prompt medical services, says Head of Medical Operation

Nigeria’s 2022 intending pilgrims who are billed to perform hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have been assured of an adequate and standard medical service delivery throughout their stay in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

The chief of Medical Operation, National Medical Team (NMT) for 2022 Hajj, Dr. Shuaibu Galadima gave the assurance while conducting the NAHCON’s Deputy Coordinator of Makkah office, Alidu Shutti and his team round the Masfala clinic, Makkah.

 

Dr. Galadima stated that the clinics are located in central areas domiciled by Nigerian pilgrims with the view of bringing health facilities to their doorsteps.

 

“the clinics are open 24hours in a week throughout the Hajj period to attend to all health emergencies of our pilgrims”

 

In his reaction, the Deputy Coordinator Makkah office of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Alidu Shutti lauded the chief of Medical Operation and his team for their selfless services to the guests of Allah.

 

Mr. Shutti noted that the leadership of the Commission is parading an array of experienced medical personnel in order to give best of the services to the pilgrims.

 

He hinted that the Commission had stocked the Clinics with relevant drugs and that no stone will be left unturned to make them stay healthy throughout their pilgrimage period.

 

The familiarization visit had in attendance, Head of Makkah Accommodation Team,Mariam Mohammed, Secretary of Makkah Accommodation Team, Habeeb Kazeem, Chief of Doctors, Dr. AbdulHakeem Abiola Olatunji and the Chief of Nurses, Hajia Zainab Mamun.
