Hajj 2023: Bauchi Begins Registration of pilgrims, Fix N1.5 million Minimum Deposit

The Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board is glad to inform the General public particularly the 2023 Muslim intending pilgrims that His Excellency Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad, Kauran Bauchi CON has approved for the commencement of this year Hajj and Umra registration exercise.

The Sum of One Million Five Hundred (N1,500,000) to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N2,500,000) has been approved as 2023 hajj deposit pending the announcement of final fare by National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON and the sum of One Million Naira (1.000.000) is also considered as the minimum deposit for this year’s Ramadan Umra.

 

 

All prospective depositors are advised to come to the Board’s Secretariat situated along Adamu Jumba Road for collection of Umra deposit Teller. The Board has also scheduled Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28th January for issuance of the Hajj deposit Bank Tellers to intending pilgrims while Wednesday 1st – Saturday 4th February for the submission of Bank Teller’s copies to obtain an official receipt at the Board or Headquarters of all Local Government Council’s in the state

 

 

The board will not entertain transaction by proxy.

 

All intending Hajj and Umra pilgrims in the state are expected to cooperate maximally in order to ensure a hitch free Hajj operation.
