Hajj 2023: Sokoto gets 5,504 seats allocation, fix N2.5million as fare deposit

National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has released an allocation of 5,504 seats for the 2023 Hajj to Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.

A statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Agency, Shehu Muhammed Dange said the allocation is among the highest in country which is based on past record of performance of the agency

In view of this development the Agency hereby declare a tentative fare for this year’s Hajj to be 2,500,000,00 pending the time the final 2023 Hajj fare would be announced by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).

Intending pilgrims are advised to contact their Local Government Assistant Hajj Registration Officers for the payment of their Hajj fares.
