INTENDING PILGRIMS URGED TO UNDERGO MEDICAL CHECK-UP BEFORE TRAVELING TO SAUDI ARABIA

The Director General Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u Danbappa, emphasized the importance of intending pilgrims undergoing medical checkups to assess their health conditions before traveling to Saudi Arabia for Hajj.

Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u Danbappa made this statement today during the ongoing supervision of the Hajj Induction Course for intending pilgrims at the School for Arabic Studies conference Hall.

Represented by one of the Board members, Chairman of the Hajj Induction Course Teachers, Shalk Tijjani Shalk Maihula, assured that the Board is prepared to provide adequate healthcare facilities to ensure the success of the Hajj Exercise.

Shalk Tijjani Maihula emphasized that through these checkups, the medical team can determine the appropriate level of medication needed for the benefit of the pilgrims during their time in Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, Alhaji Sa’idu Muktar, Director of Propagation Education and Enlightenment, stressed the importance of submitting international passports before the deadline.

Areas visited during the supervision included School for Arabic Studies ,  Dala, Ungogo, and Bichi local government areas.
