The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), has released the list of accommodation and catering service companies that has been approved to provide lodging and feeding services for Nigerian pilgrims in Makkah and Madina during the forthcoming Hajj 2024 exercise.
The list comprises of 17 accommodation providers in Makkah and 6 in Madinah.
For catering services, 59 companies will feed Nigerian pilgrims both in Makkah and Madina. Out of the number, 45 companies are approved to serve in Makkah while 14 will provide feeding in Madinah.
The companies are expected to provide their services for 75,000 pilgrims out of the 95,000 allocated to Nigeria by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The remaining 20,000 pilgrims will be travelling through private tour operator companies.
