2023 HAJJ: NASARAWA MUSLIM PILGRIMS BOARD, SECURITY AGENCIES TO PARTNER FOR HITCH FREE EXERCISE

As the 2023 Hajj preparation intensify, Heads of Security Agencies in Nasarawa State says they will collaborate with the State Pilgrims Board to ensure a successful Hajj operation in the state.

They made this known yesterday when they hosted the Executive Secretary of the State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura on a courtesy visit in Lafia.

They noted that as heads of Security Agencies they will deploy their vast experience to the board with a view of tackling security challenges that may arise during the exercise.

Speaking separately, the Commissioner of Police Maiyaki Baba Muhammad, Commandant Civil Defense A.B. MUHAMMAD, Commandant Immigration R. D. Dashe and Director DSS A. I. Koya all promised to deployed their staff to the board for cover-up in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The Executive Secretary Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Mallam Idris Ahmad Almakura told them that the courtesy visit was aimed at soliciting their support for a hitch free 2023 Hajj operations.

He used the medium to extend Engineer Abdullahi Sule’s gratitude for their usual contribution towards maintaining peace and stability in the state.
