2,181 Kaduna Pilgrims Transported to Saudi Arabia

Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board said about 2,181 pilgrims of its pilgrims has been transported to Saudi Arabia for this year’s hajj.
The board’s Public Relations Officer, Yunusa Muhammad Abdullahi said this in Kaduna.
He said that the fourth flight with 545 intending pilgrims from Soba, Zaria and Kaura Local government areas that left Kaduna International Airport has arrived Saudi Arabia
Abdullahi told newsmen that so far, 1,1301 males and 880 females were transported by the Med view airline.
Meanwhile, the first batch of Kaduna pilgrims that arrived Madinah last week has been transported to Makkah. Board’s official in Madinah, Dauda Abdullahi confirms this to newsmen in a telephone interview.
About 3,600 intending pilgrims are expected to perform the pilgrimage from the state this year.
