The medical team of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has assured intending pilgrims from Nigeria of proper arrangement for their health needs during this year’s #Hajj.
Dr Usman Galadima, Chief of Operations/Head of Medical Mission 2023, disclosed this in an interview with Hajj Reporters on Friday.
He said the team had met with the senior officials of the Directorate of General Health Affairs in Medina on setting up clinics within the Markaziyya.
“I am glad to report that the meeting with the General Health Affairs of Madinah was positive. Similarly, we have met with SEPCO on evacuation of medical waste from our clinics,” he said.
Galadima also said that the team has initiated the process of registration of clinics as well as inspected proposed buildings for the clinics in Makkah.
“We intend to set up the main clinic within Renaad Al Masi Hotel. The is for the convenience of all pilgrims coming for the pilgrimage.”
