Sheikh Ibrahim Abubakar Daware

The Adamawa State Government on Monday announced the appointment of Sheikh Ibrahim Abubakar Daware as Chairman of the State Muslim Pilgrims Board.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, in a statement, through his media aide, Humwashi Wonosikou announced the appointment. He also congratulated the new appointee and charged him to work passionately towards the development of the pilgrims’ board.
Before his appointment, sheikh Daware is the National Chairman, Zawiatu Darikatu Tijjaniyya Foundation of Nigeria.
He also served as the state chairman, Fityanul Islam of Nigeria, an umbrella organization propagating Islam through Sufi doctrine.
