The Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board says 1,613 intending pilgrims from the state have been so far in Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj exercise.
In a statement by the board’s spokesman, N260 intending Pilgrims were airlifted on 26th and 27th of May, 2023 from kwara state.
He explained that on 27th and 28th of May, 2023 272 intending Pilgrims were airlifted to Saudi Arabia from the state.
He added that on the 28th and 29th of May, 2023, 269 intending Pilgrims from the state transported to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the 2023 Hajj exercise.
On 30th and 31st of May, 2023, according to Jumoke, 270 intending Pilgrims from the state were airlifted to Saudi Arabia.
