HAJJ 2023: BAUCHI AIRLIFTS 1,076 INTENDING PILGRIMS TO SAUDI ARABIA

About One Thousand Seventy Six  1076 intending pilgrims from Bauchi State which consist of *746* male and *329* . female has been airlifted in 2 flights to Saudi Arabia.

The Bauchi State 2023 deputy Amerul Hajj who double as deputy Speaker State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ahmed Kawule, Members of the team, the  Chairman of the Board Alh. Nuru Adamu Jumba Chiroman Bauchi  and Board Members with Officials of the Board are All around to witness the departure of the second Batch.

Speaking during a boarding of the intending pilgrims  Hon. Ahmed Kawule expressed satisfaction with the mode of the operation, called on the intending pilgrims to continue to  cooperate with Hajj officials, pray for the state and be good ambassadors of Bauchi State.

Earlear, in his interview also with the press, the Executive Secretary of the Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris attributed a delay at the on-going airlift of intending pilgrims to the embargo on transaction in the foreign currencies imposed  on CBN by Federal Government and on VISA.

He  therefore called on  intending pilgrims to always be patience, pleaded with them to avoid coming to Hajj Camp till they are invited, saying “we only invite and make arrangements to those in the flight schedule”.

Imam Abdurrahman further said  that a preparations on the Bauchi Third Flight arrangements will be made available to public tomorrow inshallah
