JUST IN: Yobe announce New Hajj fare, set up a committee for refunds

Yobe state 2019 hajj fare before the reduction is N1,522,475.10 and the new hajj fare as announced is N1,442,443.5
The reduction was announced by the Executive Chairman of Yobe state hajj commission, Alhaji Bukar Kime.
The new hajj fare stood at N1,442,443.5 with a total reduction of N80, 031, 53. The reduction in Makkah accommodation and land transportation brought down Yobe hajj fare toN1,442,443.5
In a similar vein, Yobe State Pilgrims Commission set up a Committee to commence the immediate refund of excess amount of money realised as a result of the reduction in the rate of reclassification of Land Transportation routes during the 2019 Hajj exercise.
The Committee are saddled with the responsibility of compiling the list of beneficiaries, screen, effect the refund, as well supervise and monitor the refund soon, The committee is to be chair Chair. Baba Tijjani Bukar While Mai Aliyu Umar will serve as secretary
