The number of calls that 911 received from Riyadh region was 1,002,474, while the number of the received calls from Makkah region is 987,470, and from Al-Sharqiyah region the number of the received calls reached 489,470. The remaining calls were from other regions.
It is noteworthy that receiving calls is one of the tasks that is among the duties of 911, which refers the calls to the security and service agencies, according to specialization.
The 911 conducts all these operations while using an automated and advanced system, through which, the calls are handled around the clock via a high accuracy and professionalism by specialized cadres who are fluent in different languages.
