Sokoto Muslim Pilgrims Agency has announced the sum of One Million Five Hundred and Forty Thousand Four Hundred And Twenty Eight Naira Ten kobo (N1,540,428,10) includes 4800 BTA as hajj fare for each intending Pilgrim from Sokoto state.
This was announced by the Director General of the Sokoto state pilgrims welfare Agency Alhaji Shehu Mohammed Dange In Sokoto on Thursday.
The Agency has however fixed June 15 2019 as the deadline to complete payment of Hajj fare by the by the intending Pilgrims in the state in line with the directives given by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
Intending Pilgrims are advised to hasten the completion of their deposit and summit their E-passport, 15 Copies of Passport Photograph, National ID Card and other necessary documents before June 15 2019
The Director General maintained that on its part the Agency is working round the clock to ensure a hitch-free 2019 Hajj exercise.
He advised intending Pilgrims to abide by the rules and regulations guiding the conduct of Hajj exercise.
