HAJJ 2023: BAUCHI PILGRIMS BOARD BEGINS SENSITIZATION TOUR TO 58 ENLIGHTENMENT CENTRES IN THE STATE

Officials of the Bauchi state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board have commenced a state wide tour of 58 Bita centres in the state to further enlighten intending pilgrims on preparation for this year’s Hajj exercise.

 

The delegation that visited Toro and Miri in Bauchi Local Government Area in Bauchi was led by the Director Education and Enlightenment of the Board Alh. Bala Ibrahim Sani Lipidin Bauchi.

 

Speaking on behalf of the Executive Secretary, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris, the Director Alh. Bala Ibrahim Sani said the Board has embarked on massive sensitization tour at the Bita centres to increase awareness in Hajj activities.

 

He congratulated the intending pilgrims for the golden opportunity to be among Nigerian who would perform this year Hajj .

 

Alh. Bala Ibrahim Sani called on the intending pilgrims to be good ambassadors of the state while in Saudi Arabia and advised them to pray for the Governor Bala administration, themselves, families and friends.

 

The Director Operation Alh. Sabiu Barau Ningi who led the delegation that covered Darazo, Misau and Danbam acknowledged the efforts of the facilitators at the Bita centres, sought for their continued support to ensure a hitch free exercise.

 

According to him, the Board considered pilgrims orientation as all important, noting that it will assist them to achieve an acceptable hajj (Hajj Mabrur)

 

Sabiu Barau Ningi expressed optimism on the determinations of the Hajj facilitators, saying would no doubt address challenges affecting a smooth Hajj operation.

 

He enjoyed the intending pilgrims to pay attention in the course of the Bita lesson, adding that the lesson will enable them be up to date in Hajj excercise.

 

Sabiu Barau further warned the intending pilgrims not to carry cola nut and other prohibited item at their travelling bags.
