JUST IN: Over 84 Percent Intending Pilgrims successfully Paid Additional 1.9 million In Adamawa, Ready for Hajj

The Permanent Secretary and Executive Secretary of the Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission Secretary, Malam Abubakar Salihu who is visibly elated, expressed his immense delight as 1480 out of 1767 intending pilgrims from the State successfully paid the additional 1.9 million naira, as directed by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON, in order to secure a slot for the Hajj 2024.

The Executive Secretary congratulated all the pilgrims for achieving this remarkable feat and commended the Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for his consistent moral support in ensuring that the state fulfills its obligations towards the annual pilgrimage.

The fulfillment of this financial requirement is a significant milestone for every intending pilgrim, as it guarantees their participation in the Hajj, one of the five pillars of Islam. The NAHCON’s directive emphasized the importance of the additional payment to cover essential services and logistics provided during the pilgrimage.

Malam Abubakar Salihu further stated that the successful payment of the additional sum showcases the commitment and dedication of the Muslim faithful in Adamawa State to embark on this sacred journey. He applauded their persistence in meeting their financial obligations and fulfilling the requirements set by NAHCON.

Expressing gratitude to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Malam Abubakar Salihu acknowledged his ongoing support to ensure a seamless Hajj experience for the people of Adamawa State. The Governor’s encouragement has played a significant role in enabling the intending pilgrims to meet the deadline.

Malam Abubakar Salihu also reminded the intending pilgrims to continue adhering to the guidelines and instructions provided by the Hajj authorities. He stressed the importance of maintaining discipline, cooperation, and unity throughout their Hajj pilgrimage, as these qualities are essential for a successful and spiritually enlightening experience.
