Hajj timings … legal approaches to glorifying the ancient house

by admin

When the pilgrim or the pilgrim intends to perform either or both of the two obligatory duties, he must know two basic matters in the purified Sharia, which are the temporal and spatial times for Hajj and Umrah.

The wisdom behind the legitimacy of these timings in venerating the Sacred House of God, as God made a fortress and a protector, the fortress is Mecca and the Hima is the Haram, and the Haram is forbidden, and it is the timings that the one who wants to perform Hajj or Umrah is not permitted to pass to it except with Ihram. As a glorification of God Almighty … and His Sacred House.

And the times of Ihram specified for those who go to the Sacred Mosque with the intention of performing Hajj and Umrah are of two parts, they are the timings that God Almighty has set as a glorification and sanctity for His Sacred House. It violates the Hajj of forbidden words and deeds, and is preoccupied with doing good deeds and persisting with piety.

The timetables begin in the month of Shawwal and continue until the month of Dhu al-Qi’dah and the tenth of Dhu al-Hijjah. As for the spatial timings, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, set them in 5 different locations in the direction of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, which are the sites that the pilgrim is not permitted to cross to Makkah without entering ihram. I showed as in the hadith of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who said:

(The time of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is for the people of Medina who are allied, and for the people of Levant is al-Juhfa, and for the people of Najd Qarn Al-Manzil, and for the people of Yemen to gather, they are for them and for those who come upon them other than their families who wanted to perform Hajj or Umrah, and whoever was less than that from where he was established, even the people of Makkah from Makkah) Agreed upon, and for Muslim from the hadith of Jaber: (And the grace of the people of Iraq has a race)

Miqat “Dhi al-Hulaifa” is currently known as (wells of Ali), which is a miqat for the people of Medina, and on their way and is 450 km away from Makkah. It was called Halifa due to the miniaturization of “Al-Halaf” which was famous for its abundance in the site, and its mosque is located north of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and far from the mosque The Sacred Place is 433 km, and its location rises from the sea level by 640 meters, and the miqat of “Al-Juhfa” located in the northwest of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and southeast of the city of Rabigh, and the people of Levant, Egypt, Morocco and all African pilgrims and those who come on their way are deprived of it. 180 km, and replaced by another meeqat in Rabigh, which is close to it, at a distance of 17 km.
